I bought this for my son who is studying in Israel. We were interested in the dual SIM feature because he is required to be in his school's telephone network in order to get group texts, but we wanted a more affordable phone plan for everyday calls. He says he is happy with it, and the voice quality seems to be fine. He even left the instruction sheet at home but didn't miss it, as most functions work pretty intuitively. It is easy to switch between the two SIM cards.

Ok, so... You are looking for a DualSim Mobile phone, inexpensive and good looking phone. Then: YOU MUST CONSIDER Samsung C3222!!

Beside all I mention there is more:

There are nice features like alarms, calendar, Worldclock, calculator, Timer, FM Radio, Picture editor, File Explorer, QWERTY Keyboard, microSD memory expansion [up to 8GB], MicroUSB port, excellent battery life, Dedicated "Switch SIMcard" button, Bluetooth and Camera.

The bad news are:

- Its plastic body and keyboard feels cheap. [Not a big deal for the price]
- Keyboard buttons are kind of small. [Not a big deal if you have small fingers!]
- Screen and Camera arent that good looking. [Not a big deal for the price]
- One of the SIMcard does not work if you are using one of the lines [Ex: Both SIMcards are active at the same time BUT... If you are using SIM1 on a call then SIM2 becomes INACTIVE till you finish the call on SIM1] When you finish the call then both SIMcards becomes active ' .
- GPRS Connection??? Samsung, are you kidding me??? What a crap... The only downside :( REAALYYYY SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW!

People MUST understand that this is NOT a smartphone, stop complaining if it doesnt have 3G, capacitive touchscreen or iOS/Android!!!

This phone is for making life simple on people who uses 2 SIMcards.

Note: You can consider MOTOROLA EX115 which looks more professional and is a little bit bigger BUT I really hate motorola's MENU and the battery life is way shorter than this Samsung C3222.

Note2: Be careful with chinesse DualSIM phones 'cause I read that it can affect your brain more than other phones 'cause they dont control radiation [SAR] that much...

I bought this phone for my mom for her christmas gift and she love it. Sends and receive calls without any trouble, the volume is perfect, speaker is the bomb when playing music and camera takes pictures clear and beautiful even better than the olympus camera i have. This phone was a great buy at a great price.

I am very pleased with this phone. I bought it for my wife because she does not want private phone calls on her business cell phone. Before she had a second phone with touch screen form Samsung. Though the other phone worked good, she had problems with the way it works (she is not the technical type person). The menu here is clear to her, she understands how to navigate around, and she even texts with it because the keyboard is more familiar to her than 9 keys or touch screen. It looks cool enough, is light and the battery seems to last very long. We are using the phone in Bermuda with a local provider, so it is definitely unlocked. Is it a smart phone? I guess not. but it does the basics.

I just bought two Motorola EX128 Unlocked Phone with Dual-Sim and Touchscreen - International Warranty - Black on September 7.
The shipment arrived to my hotel on September 14 and I had to send back both phones to Amazon and ask for a refund because:

1. SLOT 1 (SIM1) didn't work properly (no matter how much different SIM cards I tested; you can make and receive calls, but you get no audio !!!!!).

2. The same bunch of SIMs worked with no problems on SIM2.

So, even when I was looking for months to by a couple of Motorola EX128, I had to return them after 4 days of trying everything I know about cellphones to make them work (believe me, I am not the average user. I have lot of experience with CDMA, TDMA and GSM phones).

3. The firmware is just the same crap that my current DualSIM phone has.

4. It is pretty obvious that whomever takes care of the cellphones, didn't tested them before they were sent to me.

5. From the calls menu, it was impossible to access SIM2 call logs

6. The original item said "Sold by: Amazon.com LLC", but now it says "Sold by BLUTEKUSA and Fulfilled by Amazon."
So, I don't really know who actually sold me the phones.

So, I am sorry but I cannot encourage anybody to buy this phones.
Forget about Motorola brand.... I used to be a Motorola user since ever, but doing this Motorola just lost another Customer (they are burning their brand by doing this crap on china).

I consider this to be a very good phone. I purchased it to replace my worn out VX8300 flip phone. I use it to call, text, and occasionally to photo share. This U940 Glyde does everything my VX8300 did, and does it better.

Pros: Reliable. Touch screen works well. Battery life similar to VX8300, last approx 18 hrs w/ approx 10 texts and 4ea 10 min calls. Frequently searching for signal significantly reduces my battery charge. Qwerty keyboard simplifies text entries. Screen resolution is very good. Phone is sufficiently robust to withstand the abuse of being carried in my pants pocket. Not too heavy or too large for pants pocket. Excellent audio for hearing the caller. Plays video well, speaker volume and clarity is good. Plays MP4 video files. Easy to unlock screen by sliding key icon to lock icon. Easy one button to lock screen.

Cons: Small keyboard buttons can be cumbersome for large fingers. Annoying to unlock screen to end a call. Was advertised as a new phone. Phone looks new, but Verizon confirmed the phone had been activated before. Ringer volume could be louder.

Notes: Requires small 2.5 mm headphone prong. I purchased a car charger, but have only had to use it once. I do not use phone to access the internet or use data. I use a 2gb micro memory card. I finally found a Verizon store that had the software to transfer my contacts. Located across from Dayton Mall in Miamisburg, Oh.

I buy this item from Chile, cause here the big telecommunications providers doesnt support dual-sims phones. I really dont knew nothing about the product, but I saw others reviews at amazon. UnlockedCellPhone sent me this phone before I expected, and it works fantastic. So happy with my first experience shopping at USA... Highly recommended!
About the phone itself, the camera works just fine, but the sound is great with good headphones, and the touch screen system it's really fast (in comparison with a Nokia C6). Also, has a 3.5 jack (Good thing). Since I open the box, I was enchanted. Besides, it's very light, and quite slim. Simply, It was putting the sim card, and start talking right there! (I have doubts, cause is not a phone made from my country) Obviously, the dualsim system works perfect, giving you the oportunity of selecting which Sim you want to use at right time, every time.
Bad: You can change the tone for incoming calls, but not set diferent messages-tones. Really, just a detail
Hope this encourages latin-american people to buy at USA.

Compré desde Chile, porque acá las grandes telefónicas no apoyan los equipos doble sim. No sabía nada del teléfono en realidad, pero vi otros comentarios en Amazon. UnlockedCellPhones me envió el teléfono antes de lo esperado, y funciona fantástico. Muy feliz con mi primera experiencia comprando en USA. Altamente recomendado!
Sobre el teléfono mismo, la cámara es buena, pero el sonido es genial con buenos audífonos. El sistema de pantalla táctil es realmente rápido (en comparación con un Nokia C6) También usa un jack 3.5 (buena cosa). En cuanto abrí la caja estaba encantado. Además, es muy liviano y bastante delgado. Simplemente, fue poner la sim, y comenzar a hablar ahí mismo! (Tenía dudas, porque no fue hecho para mi país) Obviamente, el sistema dualsim funciona perfecto, dándote la oportunidad de seleccionar qué Sim quieres utilizar en el momento adecuado, cada vez.
Malo: Puedes cambiar los tonos para las llamadas entrantes, pero no establecer diferentes tonos para los mensajes.En realidad, es sólo un detalle.
Espero que esto fomente a la gente latinoamericana a comprar en USA.

I got this phone for my mother. It's suitable for her because of the big keys and numbers. It's easy to use. It has a lot of features but she isn't really that technology savvy so answering and making calls is all that she needs it for. I've always liked products by Nokia.

If you want a simple flip phone without the bells and whistles of the more common phones that have internet, ect. than this if for you. It has great simple features. It has an extra loud ringer setting and an option for a simultanious ringer/vibration setting which I like best. On other flip phones, it's either or. Great price too. I love this phone.
